The mandatory balance on the account after making the payment is at least 10 rubles.
Simultaneously, only one account can be put on one phone.
If you select this form of payment, your mobile phone will receive SMS with payment details. To confirm the payment, follow the instructions in the SMS (send a reply SMS to the short number contained in the message).
